Hey i have just bought an electric guitar and all my m8s said they just taught there selves i can just about read tabs and stuff i just want like a website to give me good tutoring on how to play and stuff, and its free

get your mates to teach you some and if not
what to start learning first most people go with learning chords then finding tabs on the net and learning songs that they enjoy then learning scales.

and i strongly suggest using a program like tabit, power tab or guitar pro.
iv been playing for only 14 years and since i found out about guitar pro its never been essayer or quicker to learn a song.
