Just was so confused where 2 study rock guitar!

Do you mean an academic public school (1)? Or a college (2)? Or a place to take lessons (3)? Kind of vague but I'll answer all three.
1.) I've never heard of a public school (or a private) that does, but a friend of mine in Colorado goes to public HS and is taking a course called "History of Rock & Roll," which is pretty rockin'.
2.) Plenty! Berkley is probably the most well known, and there are many more.
3.) Unless you live on a farm, you'll be able to find one of these pretty easily. Go to yellowpages.com and look up "guitar lessons," and there you go.
