I am a new guitar learner i am wondering do i have to learn acoustic guitar before i can learn electric guitar?
No. The benefits of learning or playing acoustic along with electric is that acoustic is more difficult. It is harder to hold chords and notes because of the tension of the strings. The neck is also usually a bit wider and helps you make stronger formations.
Acoustic is also simpler, because you have one sound and not a lot to fiddle with. With electric you have knobs on the guitar and the amp. Acoustic lets you focus on playing.
