Guitar Lessons Online – - Jamorama Review

Jamorama is an “e-course” and you can download it instantly. Unlike many other guitar e-courses, which are often not the best quality, Jamorama is quite well done and very impressive.  The main reason that we have listed this program as our “First Choice” is because of its quality, and it is also very affordable.  The entire course costs less than a typical one hour lesson with a private instructor.

The quality of instruction in this program is very good as far as technique is concerned. However, Jamorama’s focus is more on reading tab than reading music, which may be a problem for the student that is also interested in music theory.   If your main interest is to learn to play basic songs with less emphasis on music theory, this aspect of the program will not be an issue.  This course will literally transform any student from a total beginner to a very advanced guitarist.

The Jamorama Course includes 44 chapters and 252 pages of lessons that come in the form of two e-books, one for the beginner and another for the more advanced student. There are also video clips, jam tracks, and many lines of tab.  There are no DVDs or CDs with this course, which allows all lessons and materials to be stored on your computer.

The bottom line is this.  Jamorama is a higher quality program than any of the other guitar e-courses out there, and a real bargain.  It is perfect for the parent that wants to get affordable lessons for their child, or for anyone that wants to drastically improve their guitar skills.
