what is the best tablet laptop? ( the ones you write on for those who dont know) the price doesnt matter but i need one were i will be able to convert music i make in to mp3 form ( im taking guitar lessons/courses from berklee and its online so i have to send mp3 files of my playing to my teacher) also a good drawing program would be awsome but not entirely needed! please help!
