How do you guys manage to play for hours without pain? The tips of the fingers on my left hand that hold down the strings just scream out in pain. I only started playing today haha, but it hurts SO much!
Anything I can put on my fingers so it doesn’t hurt?!

No, there is nothing you can do to stop the pain. You just have to keep playing until your fingertips get tough, it will stop hurting after a while.
