I play rythem guitar in a Local band and because im rythem i never bother to learn any solos
Don't tell me I need to find something I like, its just im really lazy.
try this on for size…I've never learned alternate picking…I've played guitar, sung on stage for bands while playing rhythym and never once soloed….I'm 36 years old and have been playing since 13….is that sad or what…not really… didn't need it…don't need a whole basketball court to shoot hoops…but just recently I've craved it…one day you'll just commit and it'll start to happen naturally….don't sweat it dude…play what you want at all times and the rest is under the boot.
