I have been playing guitar for about a year now and I know just about all the different chords and combinations that go With them but something I am struggling with is moving from one fret to the next with out loosing the position i was current playing . I know what most people will say practice and i do but if there are any techniques that could help improve my guitar playing skills.
1 is to practice.
#2 is to strengthen your hands, and limber your fingers. any music shop should have a grip tool for this, which one you get is based on personal preferences.
