-Cant notice difference in sound when i play with it
That is your pick up selector. it switch's between the pickups. It does sound different your ears just can't hear it yet. if I remember right all the way forward toward the neck is neck p/u only 2 is neck and middle. middle position is all the pickups and 4 is bridge and middle or neck. and all the way back is the bridge pickup. Ok your neck pickup is rhythm and your bridge is lead so if your new leave the switch all the way back you will like the sound better.
