Any guitar is good for begginers. But, I would suggest one from www.rondomusic.com they are really cheap but still sound good.
You can play bass and guitar. I would reccomend learning guitar then bass, because that order will speed up the learning process.
Guitar is alot of fun it just takes ALOT of practice. So dont expect to be a god overnight. Good luck!!!
