Should I just try learning righthanded guitar since there aren’t many lefthanded guitars? And do you have any suggestions on any guitar brands that would be good for a beginner? Acoustic, not electric!

There are several left-handed guitars in the market (a few can be found on the internet — a couples weeks I did see them, but are slightly more expensive)
If you want, you can always take a guitar designed for a right-handed person, flip it over and then restring it properly — there you go..
