& for those who DID teach themselves, is there anything you bought to help you learn?

learning guitar is hard in general but it’s worth it. it depends on the person though, it’s a lot easier for me to learn if i teach myself rather than take a class or something. but it might be the other way around for you.
if you teach yourself you should probably go to a music store and ask if they can recommend a book for you. the internet was really helpful for me too, the ones i use the most are
