I bought it a month ago, and I still can't even play chords.
Note: I haven't practiced, but I bought it and it said I should be able to play in 30 days. Should I get a refund?
Screw that. Dump it & just:
buy a run of the mill chord book and/or
have friends show you stuff.
That's how most learn if they don't take formal lessons.
