i play the drum set right now and im thinking of learning to play bass guitar too. thing is, i’d be like teaching myself. would that be too hard to do?
I think with your background in music [especially because you play drums] you’d be able to pick it up pretty fast. Bass guitar usually goes with the drums in music anyway. It’s easy in the way that you don’t have to play chords, but it’s hard in the way that you kinda have to make everything up because you don’t play exactly what the lead guitar would play. It’s really fun, and I was able to teach myself, so I think you should go for it!
