you know the metal bit at the end of the front where the strings go through, he tried to restring it through there but of course it is the back of the guitar you restring it. in the process he's lost one of the springs, can i get them online? also i'm having trouble screwing in the string and the screw to the metal bit below…uggg
it doesn't help that i'm completely new to an electric guitar….

If it is 2 days old,I'm sure it is still under warranty.Take it to the store where ya bought it & they'll be happy to keep their customer's happy
