Hey i want to order some stuff at guitar center but is ordering by phone or internet safer?
I mean the staff at GC are pretty well trained but when i order by phone is it really OK to give out all the info they are asking for? can they steal my info and do bad stuff with it? and how can i be sure about the privacy of my info when i am ordering online.
and the reason i want to order by phone is that when i order online i have to pay $11 in shipping, and by phone i get free shipping.
and of course, i know the risks of ordering online also..
which one is safer based off your experiences and feeling of trust when ordering?

either way is safe already, but internet will cost you more. just order by phone. but beware if they ask for things like your PIN or your security number in the back of the card… NO NO. they should just get your name, card number and address.
