Without a teacher, you have 2 choices:
- Learn from books: the worst option, since you can’t hear what you’re supposed to be playing, and can’t see the teachers finger movement
- Learn off of the Internet: can be good, if you find quality lessons at a good price
I usually recommend the internet if you want to teach yourself guitar, since you can find great multimedia tutorials that you can follow.
