I looked on the back of the instruction manual and saw the #, typed it in and it said " invalid account information"
this isn't so much an answer, its me agreeing with you, i have the exact same problem. i have registered on the aspyr site and everything. don't know if u wanna try and register see if it works for you but here is the link for it.
