My band has a gig coming up in a couple of weeks, and i want to take a pinger before i perform, mostly as a self confidence boost cos we haven’t played in ages and i tend to get really nervous on stage when we’re unprepared, and we’re really unprepared. however i don’t wanna drop if it’s gonna make me sing and play dodgy. I wouldn’t normaly do this but we get to join the crowd after and watch the rest of the bands so i wanna be pumped for it too haha.
Hey man, I ain’t going to preach to you. I spent 16 years touring and I’ve tried all kinds of chemical and herbal motivation. Unfortunately it really doesn’t help, it actually makes the job harder. I can relate to the whole don’t do drugs thing I guess but what some people don’t want to admit is that if it weren’t for drugs much of the music they love today wouldn’t even exist.
